Sacramento Public Library - http://www.saclibrary.org/

The website of Sacramento Public Library doesn't seem to consider mobile users. Unnecessary graphics are frequently used, and no convenient navigation aids are provided.

  • Heavy use of graphics: Meaningless graphics takes up the most of space. No consideration for mobile use. Many of them are advertisements. They could be all replaced by text links.

  • No to top button: There is no "to top" button, which enables users to easily move up and down the page. Users have to scroll up and down the long page.
